Beau View offers some of the most luxurious amenities on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Lounge by our swimming pool overlooking the Biloxi Beach or sit back and have a movie night in our state of the art mini-theater.
Clubroom- Open 24 hours by reservation only. There is no fee to reserve the room unless there is a party over eight, and then there is a $50.00 cleaning fee for homeowners and guests. All major events in the clubroom booked by short term renter must book in advance an pay $250.00 booking fee and $50.00 cleaning fee. The clubroom must be left the way it was found.

The Clubroom and The Theater can be booked together.
Guests using the theater need to bring their own DVD’s for movie viewing. Also, the theater has full cable TV, XM radio, Blue Ray DVD, and power point presentation/computer connections. There is a pop corn machine located in the far right corner of the theater, it may be used by guests; however guests are responsible for their own popcorn and the clean-up of the machine.
First Floor Outdoor
Pool- The pool is open to the residents and guest 24 hours a day; however children under the age of 18 are restricted to 10:00 pm. The pool is a maximum of 5 feet deep and has seating all the way around to create a lounging type atmosphere. The pool, spa and kiddy pools are all saltwater friendly.
Spa- The hot tub is open The pool is open to the residents and guest 24 hours a day; however children under the age of 18 are restricted to 10:00 pm.
Kiddy Pool- Beau View offers a designated kiddy pool area. The pool is a maximum of 1 foot deep.
Second Floor
Fitness Center- The fitness center is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with all state of the art equipment.
Multi-Purpose Room- There is a vacant room inside the fitness center that can be used for anything. Common functions are stair stepping, yoga, and stretching.
Sauna and Shower- Located in the men and women’s restroom are his and her Sauna and shower.
Game Room- The game room is open 24 hours a day, but is limited to children over 14 unless accompanied by an adult. The game room hours are also limited to 10:00 pm for anyone under 18.
