There six units across on floors 2 through 18. The units are number backwards starting with ’06 on the east to ’01 on the west. All the units are color coded as to where they are located on each floor. The largest units on floors 2-18 are located on the outside in yellow (C floor plan)
There are four units across on floor 19 through 22. The units are again numbered backwards starting with ’04 on the east to ’01 on the west. Again, the units are color coded as to where they are located on each floor. On this level the largest units are again located on the outside in green (F floor plan) The top level is comprised of only two penthouses. The entire floor is dedicated to an East and West Penthouse. The penthouse units both have a combined square footage of 5800 square feet.

When entering the building we have a main lobby with 3 elevators that all function for every floor. The onsite management of is located just off the lobby. Management is onsite 7 days a week. The lobby features individual private mailboxes and garage parking. The garage parking is first come first serve as is all the parking at Beau View.
The clubroom over looks the pool area and makes for a beautiful scenery during parties and/or business functions. The theater and the clubroom are located within 10 feet of each other, so booking both the room for private parties is very convenient for private parties.
